
The warranty is for 1 year and covers all CLARA devices and begins at the time of delivery.
We ship within 2-3 days and provide next-day delivery in Dubai for orders before 8pm.
CLARA devices and products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defective or factory damaged — where you can request for a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your item.
To maintain the quality and hygiene of our products, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Submitting the request after the expiry of the period specified for exchange or return
- If the product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition in which it was received, when the security sticker of the product is removed, if there is any modification is made to the product, or otherwise.
- A product whose serial number has been tampered with or removed
- A product that does not have a price tag, stickers, original packaging, or any of its accessories
